I have started AOS Fitness bootcamps as I want to make exercise as accessible and enjoyable for all abilities.

I know it can be daunting on your own, or in a gym environment. AOS Fitness bootcamps eliminate that fear and instead you’ll be working with like-minded people wanting to improve their fitness or just have a good time.

The sessions are challenging, but will be tailored to your ability.

Location:  Avery Hill Park Playground, Bexley Rd, London SE9 2PQ

Just behind the play ground next to the cafe.

Please bring a mat if possible – but no equipment needed

Parking – there is a car park in Avery hill but you can also park on the main road (Avery Hill Road) and walk up.  Try to get there 10 minutes before to walk up to the location.
